At Whimsy Craft., we want you to shop with confidence. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right as quickly and fairly as possible.
Because some of our items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, return and refund requests are handled according to the condition of the item, the delivery status, and the type of issue reported. our shipping partners’s dispute policy allows refund, replacement, or return-based resolutions for qualifying cases such as damaged, incorrect, or approved return orders.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at whimsy.cnm@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the order.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Once we review the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue. Whimsy’s policy specifically provides refund or replacement options for badly damaged packages, incorrect products, and some incomplete or quality-related order issues when proper proof is submitted.
Orders marked as delivered
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered, refund or replacement requests for non-receipt may not be approved under the supplier’s dispute rules.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact us as soon as possible at whimsy.cnm@gmail.com so we can guide you on the next step with the shipping carrier. This helps us review the case promptly and determine whether any recovery or goodwill solution is possible.
Returns
As a general rule, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, wrong personal preference, or orders placed by mistake, because many items are shipped internationally by our shipping partners. Whimsy’s returns process is typically used only when a return is specifically approved, and returned products are generally expected to be sent within 30 days after receipt when a return is required.
If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions before you send anything back. We also advises that customers should contact the store first and that returns should not be sent without the proper return process and tracking details.
Return conditions
To be eligible for an approved return:
- The item must be unused unless the issue relates to damage or defect.
- The return request must be made within the stated review period.
- The item must be sent back only after return approval.
- A valid tracking number must be provided for returned items. returns without tracking should not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank, and the refund handling depends on the dispute review and payment route used.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
