Where do you ship? We proudly ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and across Europe.

How long will it take to receive my order? To keep our prices competitive and offer you the latest innovative tools, we source our products from global warehouses.

• US & UK Orders: Typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.

• European Orders: Typically arrive within 8 to 15 business days. Please note that processing your order takes 1-3 business days before shipment.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also use the "Track Order" link in our main menu. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? Depending on your location and local laws, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen upgrades. We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How do I start a return? To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return, and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

What if my item arrives damaged? We take quality seriously, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
